DROP BOX POLICY

 

1.0 PURPOSE 

The purpose of this policy is to have an afterhours procedure for staff and other entities to leave paperwork, time sheets and other data as needed 


2.0 POLICY

The locked metal box will be a fixed to the side of the entrance door of the facility. It will be clearly identified by the term: “DROP BOX”.   

Individuals will be able to drop items, paperwork, time sheets off after hours, weekends and times when the facility offices are closed.

The “DROP BOX”, will be checked on a daily in the A.M., PM., and as needed to assure dropped off items are retrieved. 

Staff will document on a daily basis the date, and time what items have been retrieved for verification.
